Breathtaking lace-like flowers adorn this tree from late spring to summer. The Chinese Fringe Tree is a deciduous small tree that usually reaches 20' high with an equal spread. Dark green leaves measure 2-4 inches long and are lost in the fall. White, delicate looking flowers measure 4 inches long and bloom 2 to 3 weeks before C. virginicus . A great small tree with a nice display of lacy, white, delicate flowers in the spring. This is a slow growing, deciduous tree that grows to 30' high and has a roughly equal spread.
