Cornus florida FLOWERING DOGWOOD
This tree is a year-round favorite with showy flowers in the spring, handsome foliage in the summer, and attractive fruit in the winter. Dogwood is deciduous by nature and can reach 25-35' high with a spread slightly less. Leaves measure 2-4 inches long, are oval in shape and turn a brilliant red in the fall. This selection of Dogwood has won many over with its pink colored flowers that cover the tree in the spring. A deciduous tree, this Dogwood reaches 25-30' high with a spread of about 20'. Leaves measure 2-4 inches wide and turn shades of red in the fall. Pink flowers measure 2-4 inches wide and have gorgeous, pink bracts. Small fruits follow the flowers in the winter.
